Ahead of the NFL postseason, Mayor Jane Castor will drop a Tampa Bay Buccaneers banner at City Hall, supporting the Buccaneers' journey to the Super Bowl. Mayor Castor will also challenge residents and other regional leaders to "raise the flags" and show support in their respective districts for unified team spirit across Tampa Bay.
