Advisory groups play an essential role in city government. Advisory group members consist of Mayoral and City Council appointees, elected officials, or Governor appointees. Each group is established to secure the participation of City of Tampa residents to promote good government, and the effective and efficient delivery of services.
The Boards and Commissions management system now has a new look. In addition to viewing reports in a new, clean format, members of the community may now use a fillable form to apply for positions available within various boards and committees. By upgrading this platform, we aim to improve the overall experience for every Tampa resident.
