ACCELA CITIZEN ACCESS - MONTHLY TRAINING CLASSES
The Development Services Center is hosting monthly training classes, free of charge, on the Accela Citizen Access web portal, Tampa's online Building Permit and Planning Applications system. The classes will be held at the Development Services Center, located at 2555 E Hanna Ave., on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, alternating class times between day and early evening hours. For Class Details, download the Class Schedule below. To register for a specific class, select "REGISTER" next to the class you would like to attend. Please note that class size is limited to 25 attendees. If there is a large demand for a particular class, additional dates may be added.
Please be advised that until further notice due to the ongoing upgrade of Accela, and COVID-19 concerns, these monthly training sessions remain temporarily suspended.
