Effective immediately, the easternmost southbound lanes of N Tampa Street will be closed between E Twiggs Street and E Madison Street to allow for emergency repairs on a sewer pipeline that collapsed in E Madison Street. One southbound lane on N Tampa Street will remain open. East Madison Street will also be closed between N Tampa Street and N Franklin Street. Westbound traffic on E Madison Street will be detoured north on N Franklin Street. Eastbound traffic on E Madison Street will be detoured south on N Tampa Street. Construction and restoration work is scheduled to be completed by Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
