Partial Closure on W Morrison Ave between S MacDill Ave and S Marti St begins January 17 for Utility Construction
On January 17 at 9am, a section of W Morrison Ave between S MacDill Ave and S Marti St will be closed to allow Wastewater Department crews to install a sewer lateral. Signage and traffic control devices will be located on-site to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area. Safe access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area.
The installation and restoration work are scheduled to be completed by Friday, January 20. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. A high-resolution map of the work area and suggested detour routes is embedded. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. See all road closures at www.tampagov.net/RoadClosures
