On March 19 at 9am, Wastewater Department crews will temporarily close a segment of the outer southbound lane on N Florida Ave between E 143rd Ave and E Wildwood St to repair a sewer lateral. Signage and traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting southbound traffic into the center turn lane. Traffic will resume normal flow once past the work site. Access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
The repair and restoration of the work area are scheduled to be completed no later than close of business on Friday, March 22. Normal traffic patterns will then resume.
