Beginning at 9 am today (11/02/2023), the southbound lane of Dana Shores Drive will be closed between Pelican Island Drive and Rocky Shores Drive as the Tampa Water Department returns to complete a more permanent restoration following earlier work to repair a water main break. Barricades and flaggers will be located in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Please use caution when driving in the area.
Road restoration activities are expected to be completed by 4 pm today at which time the road will be reopened for normal traffic flow. Restoration schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. The staff and crews of the Tampa Water Department appreciate everyone's patience during this time.
