On February 6 at 9 am, the westbound lane on W Swann Avenue and the intersection of S Rome Ave is closing while Wastewater Department crews begin emergency repairs on a sewer mainline pipe. Eastbound traffic will not be impacted and turn restrictions will be in place. Signage and traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
The repair and restoration of the work area are scheduled to be completed no later than close of business on Friday, February 9. Normal traffic patterns will then resume.
