City Council Appointments: Diversity and Representation Criteria
When appointing members to the EBOAC, City Council may include a combination of subcontractors, prime contractors, non-vocation professionals, and civic leaders. The composition of membership should represent at least:
- One (1) African American citizen
- One (1) Hispanic American citizen
- One (1) Caucasian Female citizen
- One (1) Caucasian Male citizen
- One (1) ethnic minority citizen (non-specific)
- Two (2) citizens at-large (generally representing the WMBE community)
