The Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board is thrilled to announce the unanimous selection of Cedric McCray as the new CRA Director. McCray, who has served as interim CRA Director since Summer 2024, previously lead the East Tampa CRA.
During his time as the East Tampa CRA Development Manager, McCray oversaw the East Tampa Community Advisory Committee, agency grants, and youth engagement programs. In addition, the East Tampa Emergency Roofing and Tree Trimming programs, both approved by the CRA Board, have witnessed tremendous success, expending more than $2 million to date.
With an impressive track record as the former Interim CRA Director and former East Tampa CRA Manager, Cedric McCray is well-equipped to lead the CRA in the greatest city.
