Performers from across the country traveled to the Tampa Convention Center yesterday in hopes of being on America’s largest talent show—America’s Got Talent.
Doors opened for Season 14 of America’s Got Talent auditions at 8am, with a line wrapping around the building along the Platt Street underpass. Anyone inside the building before 7pm had the opportunity to audition in front of producers, in hopes of making it to the next round in California.
Hundreds of potential contestants (of all ages) showcased their hidden talents, including singers, dancers, comedians, magicians, and more.
Inside the building, our ballroom was transformed into a holding area where performers could warm up or showcase their talent on a practice stage before being sorted into the breakout rooms for their auditions. In addition, the AGT crew also filmed promotional footage that may air during the Season 14 premiere.
The Tampa Convention Center was honored to host this exciting event and to see so many talented performers!
Whether or not anyone from Tampa will make it on the show is yet to be seen, but if we’re judging, it’s a big YES from us!
