In the Construction Phase, any permitting is completed if required.  This Phase also includes the entire construction period and final inspection.

These projects provide lower-cost, quick implementation projects that are flexible & designed to be easily changed. Projects with lower-cost semi-permanent materials that have a shorter lifespan, and are quickly executed.

Complete Street & Safety Improvement Projects

These projects address multi-modal improvements along continuous segments of collector and arterial streets. The schedule, scope, and budget are driven by safety and mobility needs.
