The City Council of the City of Tampa, Florida (the "Issuer"), shall cause a public hearing to be held by an attorney of Bryant Miller Olive P.A. ("BMO"), as appointed hearing officer on behalf of the Issuer, to hear public comments regarding its proposed issuance of the City of Tampa, Florida Refunding and/or Capital Improvement Cigarette Tax Allocation Bonds (H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Project), Series 2020A (the "Series 2020A Bonds"), in one or more series of taxable bonds and/or tax-exempt bonds pursuant to a plan of finance, in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000,000 on behalf of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc. (the "Institute") and its proposed issuance of its Hospital Revenue Bonds (H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Project), Series 2020B (the "Series 2020B Bonds", and collectively with the Series 2020A Bonds, the "Series 2020 Bonds"), in one or more series of tax-exempt bonds pursuant to a plan of finance, in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed $315,000,000 on behalf of the Institute and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. (the "Hospital" and together with the Institute, collectively, the "Borrower"), on June 1, 2020, commencing at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Vincent A. Stabile Research Building, Trustees Conference Room, H.
