The Special Operations Division serves the community by air, land, and sea. These areas help reduce crime by offering specialized support and resources to uniform patrol officers and the Criminal Investigations Division. The division includes Aviation Unit, Special Teams, Traffic Squad, K9 Squad, Mounted Unit, Marine Unit, and the Special Incident Management Unit.
The Specialty Teams are also part of the Special Operations Division including: Hostage Negotiation Team, Dive Team, Honor Guard, Bomb Team, and SWAT.
