- Purpose: A PPR is an optional service for reviewing preliminary construction plans to identify potential issues before final submission for permits.
- Requirements: To submit a PPR application, you need:
- The application fee.
- Vertical construction plans that are at least 60% complete.
- A document listing PPR questions related to compliance with the Florida Building Code.
- Additional Questions: You can include further questions (i.e.: Zoning) after meeting the initial criteria.
