The field revision process applies when minor changes occur in the field after a permit has been issued and the work has commenced.
Process
After permit issuance, field changes must be presented to the City Inspector. The inspector will instruct the Applicant if a Field Revision submittal is appropriate, or if a formal revision is required, particularly when multiple trades are affected by the change.
Submittal Requirements
Field changes that do not require a Plan Revision submittal, must be submitted as a Field Revision record.
Fee
The Field Revisions fee is $203.93 and is due at time of application submittal. Fees are subject to change. Refer to Fee schedule for updates.
